Bio
Jarl Waggoner is a professional editor and freelance writer. Jarl (rhymes with barrel) has edited and proofed Sunday school curriculum, magazines, and major academic books for Christian publishers. His own published writings number over four hundred and include articles, book reviews, movie reviews, Sunday school lessons, plays, and books. He also serves as managing editor of the Creation Research Society Quarterly.
He is a native of Elizabeth, West Virginia and a graduate of Marietta College and Grace Theological Seminary. He has also studied at Dallas Theological Seminary and taken continuing education at Gordon-Conwell Seminary. He has served as an associate pastor in two churches and is presently actively involved in the leadership and ministry of Cornerstone Bible Church in Lancaster, South Carolina. Jarl also has served as a visiting instructor at Zaporozhye Bible College in Ukraine.
Jarl is self-employed and lives in rural Union County, North Carolina with his wife Winona and their five children. He is a die-hard fan of the Cincinnati Reds and of the music of Emmylou Harris.
